The course concept fits for professionals from different working fields, like product development, quality assurance / management, product marketing, retailing.
In three modules – either presence or e learning based (5 ECTS each) – participants get a deeper insight into “Sensory Science”:
- Basic
sensory perception, good laboratory praxis, wording, working with questionnaires, statistics, etc. - Advanced
analytical and hedonic methods, advanced statistics - Product specific
specific taster training wine, olive oil, coffee, chocolate, bread, tea, …
