The course concept fits for professionals from different working fields, like product development, quality assurance / management, product marketing, retailing.

In three modules – either presence or e learning based (5 ECTS each) – participants get a deeper insight into “Sensory Science”:

  1. Basic
    sensory perception, good laboratory praxis, wording, working with questionnaires, statistics, etc.
  2. Advanced
    analytical and hedonic methods, advanced statistics
  3. Product specific
    specific taster training wine, olive oil, coffee, chocolate, bread, tea, …
