Lina Windlin (student representative Swirtzeland)
Lina is the Swiss representative and is studying MSc Business Administration Major Marketing at Zurich University of Applied Science (ZHAW). In 2021, she completed her bachelor’s degree in food technology at ZHAW. Initially, Lina focused on the sensory analysis of insects as a new source of protein. Currently, she is concentrating on sensory claims and their impact on sensory perception and costumer behaviour.
As a committee representative, she aims to foster international exchange and cooperation among sensory enthusiasts, thereby leveraging synergies.
