Anja Bolha is the Slovenian representative and a PhD candidate in Nutrition at the Slovenian Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana. She is based at the Chair of Meat Technology and Food Assessment, under the supervision of Associate Prof. Dr. Mojca Korošec. Anja holds a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition and MSc in Nutrition. Her PhD research focuses on the acceptance of sustainable meals among primary school children, specifically exploring the relationship between food-related behavior, school food organization system, sustainability practices, nutrition quality, food neophobia, food literacy, and the acceptance of sustainable meals.
As a country representative, Anja aims to be an active member of the group, contributing to the advancement of sensory science and sustainable food practices.
