Sulo Roukka is the Finland’s representative and is studying individual differences in chemesthetic perception at the University of Helsinki in the doctoral programme of Food Chain and Health as part of professor Mari Sandell’s Senses and Food Finland research group. Their research focuses on human taste sensitivity and multisensory perception of food.
As a committee representative they aim to help understand individual differences and to increase the knowledge of chemesthetic perception with a focus on food-related behaviour and health
