E3S Eurosense Student Award 2026 – Sofia Trentanove
I am deeply grateful for this first experience at Eurosense 2026: it was special to finally put a face to so many names that, until then, I mostly knew as surnames on a screen, and to be able to exchange ideas, perspectives and good vibes in person with people who share the same passion for research. Between stimulating workshops, new connections and the unique atmosphere of Oslo, I’m taking home an experience that goes far beyond the conference itself.
Receiving this award means a lot to me. It feels like an important recognition of the work, time and resources I have invested in my research and, above all, it gives me even greater confidence in the path I’m building. I see it as an encouragement to keep moving forward with even more motivation and curiosity, and I’m really happy to have the opportunity to continue working in a field of such great scientific and social relevance.
