Sensory Food Network Ireland (SFNI) was established in 2014 by a consortium of ten research institutions and universities with expertise in sensory science from the island of Ireland. SFNI vision is to perform collaborative and innovative research in sensory science and also to deliver a comprehensive sensory service to the food and beverage industry. The network also organises academic workshops and bespoke training for the Irish food and beverage industry.
