Job Description

Within Sensory & Flavor Development, supervised by our Global Marketing and Innovation, your missions will be as follows:

  • Sensory evaluation of meat analogues enriched with flavors.
  • Participation in daily sensory activities (animation of the different panels, implementation of new methods, statistical analysis of the results and submission of reports).
  • Maintaining a smooth collaboration with the culinary and marketing teams.

Qualifications The profile sought:

  • Student in the final year of an agri-food engineering school or Master 2
  • Skills: sensory analysis – statistical knowledge – use of Fizz
  • Interest in the aromatic field and finished food products
  • Good level of English essential and international openness
  • Curiosity and creativity
  • Organization, scientific rigor
  • Autonomous

Additional information Internship terms:

  • Internship with compensation according to profile and scale in force in the company
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Start of internship: As soon as possible.
