The European Sensory Science Society is proud to announce Prof. Sara Jaeger as the recipient of the E3S-ERA Established Researcher Award (4th Edition – E3S-ERA 2026).
The Awarding ceremony took place at Eurosense 2026 in Oslo (Norway).
This award recognises the major influence of a European established researcher in Sensory Science who has made major contributions to our understanding of sensory and consumer science, whether in terms of development of new methodologies, applications of knowledge or methods, education, and networking over a prolonged period.
During the award ceremony for Sara Jaeger, E3S took the opportunity to present the award and once again celebrate together with Erminio Monteleone, winner of the second edition, and Paula Varela, winner of the third edition of the E3S ERA Award.
