Advances in Sensory Methodologies with Children: Recent Insights and Applications
14th November 2025, 9.30 – 11.15 CET
Join us for a webinar organized by the E3S Children Working Group focusing on methodological approaches in sensory and consumer research with children. We are delighted to feature a lineup of highly experienced speakers who bring valuable insights from recent research and practical applications.
The session will begin with an introductory presentation of key methodological innovations from the past decade, followed by a deeper exploration of three key areas, each illustrated with case studies, demonstrating how these methods can be applied in practice. The presentations will highlight methodological perspectives, including the limitations and challenges associated with each approach.
There will be time for questions after each talk and the event will conclude with an open discussion including all participants.
The event is open to everyone, including researchers, PhD students, food industry professionals, as well as participants outside E3S. It will be held online via Google Meet, and participation is free of charge.
