As a Client Success Specialist, you join EyeQuestion Support team as the first point of contact for our clients. You ensure client satisfaction through appropriate and timely customer support and manage first line support requests independently. Keeping them satisfied with the software, as well as with our services.
Needless to say, customer focus is key to your success. You sense when a client needs extra service. You know how to respond to that and provide input for software development based on support requests. You brighten up people’s days. And, as a byproduct of our clients’ success, you meet deadlines in a timely manner based on client needs. You work on smaller and bigger projects where you make an impact in planning, managing client expectations, scheduling tasks and delegating assignments.

What does EyeQuestion ask of you?
- You completed an Associate or Bachelor degree;
- You have already gained work experience in a customer support environment;
- You are customer-friendly, take ownership and have analytical skills;
- You have affinity with or interest in Sensory research;
- You are fluent in English, in writing and speaking. Second or third language is a plus (Dutch, German, French, Spanish).
