We are pleased to announce that AFNOR (France) has officially resumed the secretariat of ISO/TC 34/SC 12 Sensory Analysis.
After 2 decades of dedicated management and support by IRAM (Argentina) of the secretariat, AFNOR is now excited to continue the important work that has been initiated and looks forward to collaborating with all members to further enhance standards and practices in sensory and consumer science.
Laurence Fillion (from Switzerland) will continue her role as the Chair of SC 12. This decision reflects the sub-committee’s commitment to fostering collaboration between countries.
European contributors to this sub-Committee 12 are vital to our collective success to advance our goals in the standardization for Sensory Analysis and Consumer Research.
