INFLUENCE OF SENSORY SCIENCE ON EATING BEHAVIOR AND BODY WEIGHT

This event is organized by the University of Applied Sciences FH JOANNEUM Graz and the Medical University of Graz. The Symposium will address and combine health relevant aspects in area of sensory and obesity. The objective is to gain insights in interdisciplinary research in the context of perception and weight management.
The official language of the symposium will be German, with two contribution in English:
- “Dynamics of food preferences: Strategies to encourage healthy food intake among children”
