12° Shelf Life International Meeting

The SLIM 2026 is the twelfth edition of the renowned international congress dedicated to advancing knowledge and innovation in the shelf life of packaged food. This event will take place at the Faculty of Biology, University of Santiago de Compostela (USC, Spain), and is organised by the FoodChemPack USC research group in collaboration with the Italian Scientific Group of Food Packaging (GSICA).

Over the years, SLIM has become a global reference for researchers, professionals, and industry leaders seeking to exchange insights, discuss current developments, and explore future applications in the field of food shelf life.
